St. Joachim Church and the CCD Ministry is excited to announce the upcoming 2019-2020 Religious Education Year!
We are excited to announce some upcoming changes to the program that will enhance your child's learning experience in receiving the Word of God!
- Registration forms will be available at all weekend masses with representatives on hand to collect your information, starting Saturday, July 27th at 4:00 pm
- Registration can be done ONLINE through this link: CCD Registration
- Early bird registers will receive a $10.00 discount for registering their child(ren) between now and August 11th
- After that registration will be at the regular rate ($40 for one student, $60 for two or more)
- Classes will start Monday, August 19th, 2019 at 6:00 pm and end the last week of April 2020
- Plans for a Kid's Christmas Choir during the holiday masses, partnering up with the CYO Group for the Pumpkin Patch and Trunk-or-Treat, and an even greater Easter Egg Hunt Fest
- Enrichment for our teachers
- Creating a supporting group environment where the kids mentor and work with each other to grow closer to their faith
Father Amal is requesting a class for Kindergarten aged students, these children deserve to be able to build a strong foundation of faith from early on, but we need YOUR HELP!
We are looking for TWO volunteers that are willing to dedicate their time and talents to fostering a Kindergarten class this year. This is an exciting opportunity to put your faith at work and serve not only these children of God, but Jesus Christ, himself. You will have all the support of our senior teachers and CCD Coordinator!
