Pastoral Council
The role of the Pastoral Council is to:
-
Assist the Pastor in setting direction, mission, vision, and values for the parish
-
Participate in pastoral planning
-
Collaborate, review and promote the service and ministry activities of the parish
-
Foster unity and a sense of community in the parish
-
Support diocesan initiatives
Their purpose is to ensure that the life of the parish reflects the mission of Jesus and that all parishioners are provided with the opportunity to share in that mission. Parishioners are invited and encouraged to contact members of the Pastoral Council with your ideas and concerns about St. Joachim Parish. Members will bring your comments to the Pastoral Council meetings for discussion.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm.
